Requirements, pricing estimates, and considerations:

• All paintings are to be created in Steve's existing style.

• Patron will receive a sketch of proposed painting to discuss refinements.

• All commissioned sales are final.

• 50% of commission fee is due up front. 50% of fee is due upon receipt of final art.

• Oil and watercolor paintings are based on a $3.50 multiplier. To calculate a basic budget, use this formula: height (inches) x width (inches) x $3.50 = estimated fee in dollars.

• All paintings created using oils which require a lengthy drying time. It is entirely possible that the process may take up to 8 weeks (possibly longer) from starting the painting to delivering a painting dry enough to handle.

• Framing and shipping charges will be estimated upon request.

• Murals and Wall Paintings to be estimated after site visit and discussion of scope of work ( approximately $35-$50 per sq/ft.)

• Photography is estimated based on a half day rate of $1,000. Signed, matted and framed giclée prints are estimated separately.
